Kayla is our Administrative Assistant, but don’t be fooled by her title — this girl wears all the hats around here and looks fabulous doing it! She is a born Rockstar and we’re so excited to be celebrating her 10 years with us in March. Kayla says she loves the fact that every day at Gateway Building Systems is different from the next and the clients LOVE her! Find out some of the fun facts about Kayla below!!

What's your favorite food?

Soup! I could live on almost any kind of soup! #mmgood

What’s something nobody would ever guess about you?

Butterflies freak me out… don’t ask.

In your opinion, what’s the best movie ever made?

Steel Magnolias!! Total chick flick I know! But it has everything that a great movie should have, comedy, drama, heartbreak! It’s a movie that at first has you laughing out loud one minute and crying your eyes out the next. A fave for sure!

Does pineapple belong on pizza?

No way!

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?

I haven’t been a lot of places, so I really don’t know, but somewhere you still get to experience
the 4 seasons without the dreaded 6 months of winter that we have here most years.

If you could have a superpower, what would it be?

Time travel

What's the weirdest thing you've ever eaten?

Shark, I'm still surprised I tried it

Could you survive without your cell phone?

I think I could live without a smart phone, but I would definitely need some kind of phone.
