Ross “The Jokester” Christianson

Introducing the one and only, Ross Christianson! Ross is our dedicated Project and Logistics Manager, but to us here at Gateway, he also wears the role of Office Entertainer. He’s always working hard but also keeping everyone on their toes and laughing, which is a great balance to bring to the team!

What’s your favorite part about working at Gateway?

The people for sure. We know that we have a job to do but having fun while doing is the best part!

What’s a fun fact about you?

My sleep number is 64.

How would your coworkers describe you?

I hope fun, I’m always joking around.

How do you spend your free time?

Lakes during the Summer, blowing snow in the Winter. I prefer Summer.

What’s your go-to caffeine fix?

Coffee, french toast, and sausage taquito from Holiday.

What’s your favorite memory while being at Gateway?

Kayla’s stories about Barry.

Do you have a nickname? How did you get it?

Rosco. I was a huge Dukes of Hazzard fan when I was young and in second grade my classmates all started calling me Rosco P. Coltrane. It has stuck very well.

Favorite Movie & Why?

I have so many but, if I had to pick one, it would probably be “The Great Outdoors”. I could keep rewatching that one and it would never get old. I even named my boat “Suck My Wake”. 😊

What are you a “closet fan” of?

I’m not ready to come out of the closet yet.

What are 3 things still left on your bucket list?

Alaskan Cruise, go to Hawaii, and go to the Masters golf tournament.
